Two bedroom character cottage in Lyttleton Christchurch. Clients wanted to have an idea of how to upgrade their rental property. Design dislocates and savage part of the existing façade playing with the identity of the area and history of the building while creating a sun room that would act to passively heat the home, bring the sun and the harbor views for the residents. Proposed skylights assist on bringing light and heat to the inner part of the building.
