The Golf Club Residence

This Brazilian couple on their 60’s wanted a concept for an accessible 3 bedroom house with a generous external area.

The dwelling sits on the site at mid level with a retaining wall on top and one at the bottom. The distance to the top retaining wall allows cross ventilation, shading from the overheating of the NW sun while providing an extra external and acess to the house.

The drive cuts across the contours to acess  the garage on the basement.

On Ground floor the main ensuite, a tv lounge is separated from the open dining/ living / kitchen by the stairwell.

On the upper floor two guest rooms can become on big office that can be used by the couple on the absence of guests.
